Joshua Heslep has over 20 years of experience in the pool industry, specializing in construction, maintenance, and repair. He leads field operations, working closely with clients and guiding each project from start to finish. Known for his reliability and trustworthiness, he takes pride in his attention to detail and in doing things right the first time. Joshua enjoys creating and renovating beautiful, affordable pools and spas while building lasting relationships with the people he works with.
Over the years, he has earned a reputation for honesty and consistency. He focuses on delivering quality work and making sure clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. He’s also skilled at spotting problems early and finding solutions that last. Passionate about his craft, Joshua approaches every job with care and dedication, whether hands-on in the field or coordinating a project.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. Family is at the heart of his life, and he brings that same care and commitment to his work and his relationships with clients.
Mallory is Co-Owner of Blue Mountain Tile, where she plays a vital role in both day to day operations and long-term growth. While her husband oversees fieldwork and client-facing services, she manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running seamlessly. Mallory oversees the invoicing, estimates, finances, marketing, branding, and business materials, ensuring professionalism and consistency across every aspect of the company. With a background in customer service, sales, marketing and advertising, she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her work. She takes pride in crafting a cohesive, professional look that reflects the quality and care Blue Mountain Tile is known for, supporting the ongoing growth and success of their family-run business.
Outside of work, Mallory enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their three children, valuing the balance between family life and building something meaningful together.

By requesting and accepting services, from Blue Mountain Tile LLC, the customer agrees to pay in full for all work completed and materials provided, regardless of project outcome or operational condition unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payment is due as stated on the invoice, typically due upon delivery of the invoice unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Accounts not paid in full are considered past due and will incur a late fee of 2.5% per month, compounded per month on the outstanding balance. If an account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend future services and initiate collection proceedings.
In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay Blue Mountain Tile LLC all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, attorney fees, and any other related expenses incurred to recover the unpaid amounts due. A Credit Card fee of 4.5% apply to invoices paid with credit or debit cards.
